PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION NOTICE
Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Processing of Personal Data: Any operation performed on personal data, whether wholly or partially by automatic means or by non-automatic means provided that it is part of a data recording system, such as collection, recording, storage, preservation, alteration, reorganization, disclosure, transfer, acquisition, making available, classification or prevention of use.
Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK): The law that came into effect upon publication in the Official Gazette on April 7, 2016.
Data Controller: The natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system (Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Turkey Culture Route Festival (TKYF)).
Data Processor: The natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller based on the authority granted by them.
Data Subject: The natural person whose personal data is processed.
Data Recording System: The recording system in which personal data is processed by being structured according to specific criteria.
In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, your personal data will be processed by the REPUBLIC OF TÜRKİYE MINISTRY OF CULTURE AND TOURISM TURKEY CULTURE ROUTE FESTIVAL as the data controller.

To request information if it has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used accordingly,
To know the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
To request correction if the data is incomplete or incorrect,
To request deletion or destruction of the data if the reason for processing no longer exists,
To object to outcomes resulting from automatic analysis systems,
To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
